Return and Refund Policy


SPICIO – Hair & Skin Care Products Company

At SPICIO, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must request a return or replacement within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests after this period may not be declined.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • Promotional or free products


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
